WEXMAC 2.1, also known as TITUS (Territorial Integrity of the United States), is a major U.S. Navy contracting vehicle managed by the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP). It serves as a follow-on and expansion to the earlier WEXMAC 2.0, specifically focusing on logistics and operational support within the continental United States (CONUS) and its territories.
Key Details of WEXMAC 2.1 (TITUS)

Contract Type: A 10-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ceiling of $50 billion.

Scope: Provides expeditionary logistics, sustainment, and operational support to the U.S. Military, coalition partners, and federal agencies.

Geographic Focus: Unlike WEXMAC 2.0 which focused on international regions, 2.1 is designed for Region 27, covering the continental U.S., Alaska, and outlying territories.
